Copy-paste guide for Terminal's Wialon-backed integration onboarding — field answers, test credential template, and API references for the K3 partner stack.

Variable by device configuration. Typical K3 deployments: OBD/hardwired tractors 10–30 seconds in motion; solar trailers 30–60 seconds; less frequent when idle. Wialon accepts up to 1 message/second per tracker. Interval is set on the hardware (e.g. set_report_interval) and forwarded to Wialon Hosting.
Historical GPS, sensor, trip, geofence, and event data is available via Wialon Remote API.
Yes
Via Wialon Remote API: • Historical GPS positions, tracks, and trips • Geofence entry/exit and dwell/detention events • Sensor parameters: tire pressure/temperature (SpartanLync TPMS), BLE temperature/door, fuel level, digital I/O • Driver behaviour events: speeding, harsh braking/acceleration, idling • Notification and alert history • Video telematics event markers (Streamax dashcam when in scope) Not available through K3: Transport Canada–certified ELD/HOS duty-status logs — customers keep their ELD vendor; K3 complements with asset visibility and safety data.
Configurable per Wialon billing plan. Default maximum unit message history is 400 days; can be extended via Wialon partner request. User logs and unit logs follow the same storage policy.
Wialon Hosting by Gurtam — cloud fleet management platform. K3 integrates TOPFLYtech, Teltonika, Streamax, and SpartanLync hardware into Wialon. We are a Wialon partner/reseller, not a white-label of another FMS.
